The N2N integration bringing Banner student data into the SJU Mobile app (Modo) is currently non-functional. Students attempting to view their course, grade, financial aid, and student account data in SJU Mobile currently see an error message when navigating to those screens.
This is most likely related to the planned upgrade to Modo 4.1 that began last Thursday. N2N has been notified of the outage and asked to investigate and provide an update asap.
A message is being posted to the app to notify students using the app of the outage.
