On Saturday, July 19th, Workday will be unavailable from 2am until 1pm while quarterly system maintenance is performed.
On Friday, July 11th, the University's Forms website (aka Mach Forms) will be unavailable from 7pm until 9pm while critical application and security upgrades are installed.
On Friday June 6th from 5pm to 7pm, the Network team will be performing necessary network upgrades in Villiger Hall and the Science Center. The following buildings will have disrupted network communications during these upgrades:

Banner and all associated systems will be unavailable on Saturday, May 31st from 10am until Sunday, June 1st at 12am while the fiscal year end processing is completed.
Banner Document Management (BDM) will be briefly unavailable on Friday, May 23rd between 5pm and 6pm while application patches are installed.
As part of the Workday quarterly maintenance cycle, Workday will be unavailable for a maximum of 11 hours. The outage will begin Saturday, May 17th at 2am ET and conclude by 1pm ET.
Workaround for critical tasks:
If you need to clock in or out during the outage, please work with your manager to accurately record your hours.
As of 9:45, the system was rebooted and services restored. We are continuing to test and monitor.
On Saturday, May 3rd, there will be a brief interruption of Workday authentication while a security update is applied.
